Shortfundly is a Vel Tech TBI - Technology Business Incubated company located at Avadi, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. We help students and professionals filmmakers community to release & monetize their short film / web series / album song / documentary video content.

We accept films under 45 minutes, but generally we do prefer the shorts to be under 20 minutes. An online audience is already difficult to keep focus – so as a general rule, the longer the film is, the better it needs to be.

You can submit film for revision via (Google Drive link or Dropbox link.,), but if selected we will ask to fill all details of your film including cast & crew details, filmfestival awards & more...

After you submission, You will get the film selection status within 24 hours to 48 hours. If you submitted in weekends, you will get updates on next week monday only. All communication and selection status will shared via Whatsapp message / Call / E-mail.

We request you to check your inbox and spam folder. if you still not able to find the email response, directly email us to [email protected] and we will reply to you within 24 to 48 hours.

If selected, a film will always be available on the site for life long. The filmmakers can ask for the film to be removed at any time. Featured picks will be seen on the homepage main banner for 3-4 days, where as Daily Picks will get between 1/2 – 1 day featured spot, and then trickle down the homepage as the days go by and new features come in.

Yes we do accept films with nudity or violence. Generally speaking, if your film didn’t get banned by other OTT platforms and shortfundly partner OTT platforms, it should be ok for us – but of course it’s to our own discretion.

Yes we do accept films with exclusive and non-exclusive release. We prefer to go with exclusive release to get more earnigs from shortfundly.

Shortfundly is an OTT marketplace platform, and part of our job is to carefully hand pick through the submissions the short films / web series / album songs that stand out the most. Unfortunately that means that not all submissions get selected. We have a creative team available to validate all submissions in shortfundly. Their selection decisions is final.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with OTT release services, send a mail to [email protected] with the reason for refund and your feedback on OTT release with the subject line "Shortfundly OTT release – Refund" , within 7 to 9 business days of purchasing OTT releasee. Your refund will be processed immediately.

If you like to cancel OTT Subscription package, send a mail to [email protected] with the reason for Cancellation with the subject line "Shortfundly Subscription Package – Cancellation Request" , within 2 business days of purchasing Subscription package. Your refund will be processed within 5 to 9 business days.
